This Privacy Policy aims to give you information on how PropFinder collects and processes your personal information through your use of our Services, including any data you provide when you create an account, subscribe, contact support, or participate in surveys.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on our website and update the “Effective Date.” If we make a material change, we will also notify you by email or through the Services before it takes effect.

We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal information, including:

• Identity Data (e.g., name, username)
• Contact Data (e.g., email address)
• Location Data you give us (the country and state or province you select when you register)
• Account Data (e.g., your login credentials, whether your email is verified, and when you accepted our Terms)
• Financial and Transaction Data (e.g., your subscription plan and purchase history; card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us)

• Usage Data (e.g., the pages, features, and players you view, and your saved props and settings)

• Third parties (e.g., our payment processors and the app stores, which tell us the status of your subscription)

• Send administrative email and, if you have opted in, marketing email
• Keep the Services secure, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service

We share personal information only as described here.

Service providers. We share personal information with companies that perform services for us, and only as needed for those services:

• Payment processors and app stores, to process subscriptions and purchases (your email, billing details, and payment information). Purchases made in our mobile app are handled by Apple or Google.
• Analytics and error-monitoring providers, to understand how the Services are used and to fix problems (your email, subscription status, and how you use the Services)
• Email delivery providers, to send account email such as verification and sign-in links
• Hosting and infrastructure providers, to run our servers and store the logs we keep for security and troubleshooting (including your IP address, browser details, and the requests you make)
• Embedded content providers, such as the video player on our tutorials page

Sportsbooks. PropFinder is not affiliated with any sportsbook, and we do not give sportsbooks your name, email, or account information. If you follow a link to a sportsbook, your browser goes to that sportsbook’s site or app, and the link may carry the bet selections you chose. From that point the sportsbook’s own privacy policy applies.

Other disclosures. We may also disclose information to professional advisors (such as lawyers and accountants); to law enforcement, regulators, or others when we believe it is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public; and to a buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising pixels or send your information to advertising platforms. Our service providers (section 6) may use your information only to provide their services to us.

We use:

• Essential cookies that keep you signed in and secure your session. The Services do not work without them.
• Analytics cookies from our analytics provider, to understand how the Services are used.
• Referral cookies, to credit a referral or promotion when you arrive through a referral link.
• Third-party embeds: videos on our tutorials page load in privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set cookies until you play a video.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information, including storing passwords only in hashed form and encrypting data in transit. However, no system is entirely secure.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your account profile and associated data such as saved props and settings from our systems, except where we must keep records to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Information that has already been sent to our service providers is kept under their retention policies; on request, we will ask them to delete it where they offer that option.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent.

How to exercise them:

• Delete your account at any time from Manage Account → Delete Account, or ask us to do it by email.
• Turn marketing email on or off from Manage Account → Email Preferences.
• For any other request, email support@propfinder.app from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

PropFinder is based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Our Services include links to third-party websites and apps, including sportsbooks. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every site you visit.
